A deposit or full payment is required to secure your spot on a tour.
All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise specified.
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

4. Travel Requirements
You are responsible for:
Obtaining valid passports, visas, and health documents
Complying with all local laws and customs
Ensuring you're physically and mentally fit for your chosen tour

5. Changes & Cancellations
FoxyTravels reserves the right to:
Cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety, lack of participation, or other force majeure events
Substitute similar experiences if a listed activity becomes unavailable
You will be informed of any major changes and given options where possible.
6. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour if they:
Pose a danger to others
Violate local laws
Disrespect local cultures, staff, or fellow travelers
No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept that:
Travel carries inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, and unforeseen events
FoxyTravels LLC and its partners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or delays caused by third-party providers or uncontrollable circumstances
We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including text, logos, images, and tour descriptions — is owned or licensed by FoxyTravels LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Don’t reuse or reproduce it without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Greenville County, SC.
